How We Pack Orders at Austin | Fowler

One of the most frequent compliments that we receive is how well our orders are packaged when our customers receive them.

At Austin | Fowler, we want opening an order from us to be an experience worthy of remembrance. 

My husband, Vince, is the man behind each and every one of the orders packed at A|F. He is extremely detail oriented and makes sure that every order is packed perfectly!

When packaging an order, every bag is stuffed with tissue to ensure that it retains its shape during shipment - no flat A|F bags here! 

Vince then places the bag in a custom logo dust bag that not only protects the bag during shipment, but can be used as a storage bag later on.

He then lines the box with our tissue paper placing the bag inside. Another piece goes on top of the bag for a luxury unwrapping experience, along with a thank you card secured by a piece of gold tape. 

If you are sending an A|F bag as a gift, we also offer a handwritten note option. Written on a high quality cardstock, this is the perfect addition to your gift!
