We ship our beautiful products via FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 7-10 business days. We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Australia. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that Austin | Fowler cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Once your order is received, a tracking number will be emailed to you with the appropriate information to track your package all the way to your front door!

We always try to display the most current inventory information but if for some reason a product is out of stock at the moment, we will contact you right away with the expected ship date.

Steph and Vince had no background in design or manufacturing when they launched Austin | Fowler. But Steph — a busy mom of four and full-time business executive — knew exactly what she needed: a chic, functional, and organized bag that could keep up with her life.
When she couldn’t find it, she started building it herself.
After long days at the office and evenings with the kids, Steph would stay up into the early morning hours, researching, sketching, sourcing, and dreaming. Piece by piece, Austin | Fowler came to life — not because the timing was perfect or everything was figured out, but because she chose to begin.
