Returns & Exchanges
At Austin | Fowler, every piece is thoughtfully designed to support the rhythm of your day. We want you to feel confident — and genuinely delighted — with your selection.
For purchases made on www.AustinFowler.com, we are pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery should your piece not feel quite right. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
To ensure each returned item is carefully inspected and restored to our standards, a $12 processing fee applies to refunds issued to the original form of payment.
This fee is graciously waived when selecting an exchange or store credit.
Returns and exchanges are available only for items purchased directly from AustinFowler.com. Items showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible.
Returns
If your piece does not meet your needs, we are happy to accept a return of the purchase price less shipping, and the $12 processing fee, provided the item is received within 14 days of delivery in new condition.
To preserve the structure and craftsmanship of each bag, please do not fold, compress, or reshape your item when preparing it for return, as this may affect eligibility.
Kindly complete the Product Return Form so we may properly match your item to your order.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days following inspection and issued to the original form of payment, less applicable shipping, and the processing fee. Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
Any promotional gifts included with your order must also be returned in new condition or their value will be deducted.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges — and when exchanging, the processing fee is waived.
If another size or style would better serve you, please email hello@austinfowler.com with your name, order number, and the piece you would prefer. Once availability is confirmed, you will:

• Ship your item to our distribution center at:

• Receive your newly selected piece once your return is received in new condition
As with returns, please avoid folding or compressing the bag to protect its structure.
Store Credit
Store credit is available and never expires, offering the flexibility to select the right piece when the timing feels right. Choosing store credit also ensures the processing fee is waived.
